Flavorchem exhibited at the annual Food Ingredients Europe show in Frankfurt, Germany on November 28-30. With over 26,000 senior industry professionals from more than 154 countries attending, Fi Europe is a leading global meeting place for food and beverage innovation.
During the show, Flavorchem showcased a variety of flavors spanning beverage, confectionery, and culinary applications. In beverage, cold brew extract capabilities were highlighted in a Spiced Hibiscus Hard Soda and Tangerine Chamomile Tea Granita. In confectionery, Flavorchem created a modern twist on classic pectin jellies with our Wild Strawberry + Elderflower botanical flavor. The final piece was our Herbs de Provence savory snack bar, which delivered an authentic and on-trend flavor profile in an on-the-go application.
